Our team is seeking a focused Vice President with agency management and digital marketing sales experience. You have strong client goal and project execution management as well as strong dedication to overall growth for HPC Management Inc. and our clients.

Who We Are is a digital marketing agency with offices in Manhattan Beach California. We primarily focus on client launch and management of affiliate + Influencer programs for large brands in the more affluent retail affiliate networks such as Rakuten LinkShare, CJ by Conversant, PepperJam, Commission Factory and ShareaSale networks. We develop strong strategies for online merchants interested in growing their sales through affiliate + influencer marketing campaigns, social media, and paid search management as well.

The Position 

The HPC Vice President is a strong growth position for someone interested in closing new client accounts and ensuring the clients are on boarded and our team is given proper strategy task allocations within our teams basecamp account. This person will be responsible for developing client proposals and developing innovative and impactful digital sales strategies for our clients. The successful candidate will leverage his/her contact base within the advertising Industry to find new clients who can benefit from our core services.

Key Responsibilities 

This position will provide tactical and strategic client management and team leadership, driving revenue growth for HPC through direct sales to clients we want to work with.


Core responsibilities will include: 

Develop and oversee HPC team management directives, tasks, and overall client management. Ensuring quality of service, team deliverables punctuality and managing and overseeing launch of all new clients accounts.

Lead and manage all phases of the digital marketing sales process from client prospecting and presenting, to negotiating and closing including writing custom proposals to meet the digital marketing services needs for our new clients.


Oversee the sales of HPC Impress CPM advertising campaigns. Develop and launch CPM based advertising campaigns for clients and ensure quality targeting as well as manage run rates and spend.


Develop new employee compensation packages to attract high quality candidates to our team. Develop employee handbooks, and ensure HPC employees and 1099 contractors are on boarded through HR process

Establish and build effective relationships with affiliate networks and super affiliate and influencer partners. Manage our HubSpot CRM to drive growth and organize our contacts.

Identify, research and approach new accounts; fortify and grow business from existing accounts 

Develop pricing, packaging, messaging and go-to-market approaches that will garner new client interest in our services. Including managing power point presentations, organizing industry and tradeshow events, advertising in trade publications and developing internal documents.

Work closely with team members to monitor and optimize client affiliate programs and influencer marketing campaigns.


Assist HPC in managing and having oversight of our technology suite which is currently in development such as UniTrac™

Required Experience/Skills 

Successful candidate will bring deep experience in a fast paced agency role, with both client facing and team leader experience

Knowledge and selling experience with digital marketing services

Documented success in leading, building, coaching and motivating a digital marketing team, including managing remote staff. 

Minimum of six years’ successful sales experience in a competitive media marketplace 

Must have experience managing or directing the following marketing channels.

Paid search campaigns, affiliate marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, email marketing campaigns, CRM, Graphics design, advertising, media management, DAM management solutions, influencer marketing, social media marketing.
