We develop strong strategies for online merchants interested in growing their sales through affiliate + influencer marketing campaigns.

The Affiliate Manager Position 

The HPC affiliate manager is a strong growth position for someone interested in working towards an affiliate director position within our company. The affiliate manager is responsible for the monthly action plan calendar for the client accounts you manage. The affiliate manager position is fast paced with ongoing events and tasks included in basecamp daily. This is a proactive position with your affiliate and influencer recruiting and communications thrive! 

Key Affiliate Manager Responsibilities 

This position will provide tactical and strategic client management and proactive leadership managing affiliate programs in the major affiliate networks.



Core responsibilities will include: 

Develop client monthly action plan by adding and organizing key tasks and events to optimize and manage affiliate programs. 

Develop all 
intra and extra network communications for clients affiliates including monthly newsletters, emails to super affiliates announcing custom coupons new and current promotions.


Create and organize lists of super affiliate and influencer partner offers, ensure quality control of offer placements and monitor the effectiveness of all super partner relationships.


Use our affiliate management powerpoint template to create Monthly MTD and YTD reports for clients. We offer integrated reports for clients to be included in your MTD and YTD reports.

Establish and build effective relationships with affiliate networks and super affiliate and influencer partners. Understanding our affiliate program launch checklist and organizing launch and network partner communications with 

Develop fresh media and coupon, offer, advertising with our director of media ensure brand style guide quality control,

Develop affiliate and influencer recruiting lists using our tools, organize recruiting communications, and nurture new recruit relationships getting them active in our programs.



Develop and organize coupon and promotions calendar for clients, write new text links and coupon deals and load to networks 


Identify and expire affiliate or influencer accounts who do not meet our clients in terms of agreements, or who are not providing revenue for the program.


Create all affiliate program launch materials, organize and execute launch timelines to develop: Affiliate program description, affiliate program terms of agreements (TOA"S), affiliate program network content development and inclusion in the networks.


Write blog posts for client accounts to assist in recruiting new affiliate partners to the program


Manage client affiliate recruiting Twitter account to attract new affiliate and influencer recruits to the program

Work closely with team members to monitor and optimize client affiliate programs and influencer marketing campaigns.


Required Experience/Skills 

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in a fast-paced agency role, with both 
client facing and digital team experience

Upbeat proactive go-getter attitude who is a dynamic communicator and enjoys developing super affiliate relationships and organizing tasks to manage client accounts.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, helpful if experienced with CRM, CJ, LinkShare, ShareaSale, PepperJam, AvantLink, Commission Factory, DAM, Basecamp, Teamwork, ConstantContact, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and or other management tools.

Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing and or social media management

Must have some experience managing or directing the following marketing channels.

Paid search campaigns, affiliate marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, email marketing campaigns, CRM, Graphics design, advertising, media management, DAM management solutions, influencer marketing, social media marketing.
